Putin Resigns After Being in Office

Putin brought on intentionally two massive dogs in order to intimidate Angela Merkel. I think there were stories coming out from like Hillary Clinton when she was secretary of state that he was like sexist and shitty to her or something. He obviously played favorites with who he preferred one when it was Hillary running against Trump. So maybe he doesn't like meeting with female heads of state. The world record for the shortest serving British prime minister quit today. Why did she resign? I'm not even sure because parliament's just infighting.
