How to Find the Right Moderators for Your Channel
With a community as large and loyal as yours, there has to be structure to maintain it. We have an onboarding process where we let people try out what moderating is like. The moderators are the ones who really are in the chat day in and day out protecting that space because they believe in it too. It can be hard to remind people to follow the rules when things are difficult.
