The Pros and Cons of Syndication
The biggest difference between rental property ownership and syndications, in my opinion, long term. Property ownership is less passive, no doubt about it. You have the ability to change property managers to make executive decisions. In syndications you are probably not learning how to syndicate much more than buying a real estate experience.
