There is some evidence that when you exercise your gratitude, uh, that can make you a little bit happier. The studies I've seen have used something called gratitude journaling. But if you do it every single day, you're probably going to start repeating yourself. And it'll just be less impactful when you think about, oh, I got enough food. Same as yesterday.
