Defining a Sovereign Lightning Network
Sovereign big corners need to learn how to run and use their own lightning routing notes a behind tour. If you knocked down the tor, if you knocked off the tor network, the sovereign lightning network as we know it would go off line too. The ideal situation is that they build in privacy preserving protocol features into that lightning network. But at the same time, lightning will be very new for any of us to really fathom where it will be in five years.
