"I'm writing an essay on this. My turn into a book on these questions of our need for certainty or desire to know things," he says. "So much of our life like that is just on autopilot, right? And it has to be because as quite as we would be paralyzed if we didn't have [certainty] I think there is this tradeoff between uncertainty or humility and certainty."
