The Next Space Junk Collision Event
There's a whole massive area of study and policy and law in the international space community that's called space situational awareness or ssa. This is basically about how to manage the space junk situation so that we can continue to use satellites for services like telecommunications navigation earth observation where the prediction all of those things are made. An international committee which is made up of representatives from most of the space agencies whose job it is to look at this has this is a major item on its agenda. i think lobbying by the public could have an impact here i'll report back as soon as i watch wallie you will know because i will tell you about my emotional breakdown in the secret at the end of
