The Dangers of Driving at High Speeds

To me, high speeds are not dangerous per se. If you're driving across nebraska on the interstate going 90 miles an hour, you're actually in some of the safest environment driving that you'll ever be. It's ridiculously easy to go 85, 90 mph because there's nothing there. But when you put speeds that are lethal and speeds that are over 20mph into an environment where there is random ness, now you have an incredibly dangerous situation. You can take care of that driver error, or you can you can make these environments safe in kind of one of two ways.
