I was surprised to see 65 % said yes. That is a huge fraction. And then almost what programmi language could you choose these days that's not open source? I can hardly think of a language or a place to run or you can't use some level of open source, yes. But i do think there's something about creating the culture for soffer developers and data scientists where they want to be. People don't want to be in a place where they're forced to use just proprietary tools which are old and crusty. So y people pry createg environments that attract the best developers. The best developers never want to be locked in a basement and o they can't share
