Minority Language Rights

There is a huge language difference in ukranian, especially when comparing east to the west. The cranationation of the language a has been a big flash point. And this happens throughout ike, basically a lot of different countries that have a sizable or even smaller minority language. If the central government tries to make a uniform language, like in turkey, it's a huge flashpoint.
