There is still a debate online as of right now about if they were both abusive or if maybe he was more abusive than her, which I think says a lot. We don't know the full story. Also there is another shady aspect to this case. Right before she was arrested, she transferred all of her funds to her dad's bank accounts. Her father Kim said it was because Courtney could not take care of her own finances, but others say it was a ploy for them to bury her money. As of December 2022, Courtney was rejected bail and her trial is set to start sometime this year.
