People consistently underestimate the nation's space programme. The gear is all russian knock offs and launch schedules are hopelessly slapdash. They very much were using russian technology, for sure, but they are advancing beyond that now. Their spacecraft initially was based on the russia soil use design, a bigger version of it. But their rockets were not, their rockets are different. And so the chinese are building their own stuff now,. i would expect them to continue doing so in future. Is there any meaningful co operation between the two countr etween china and russia? You mean, yes, yes.
