Mireh and David, what are your thoughts on denervation for thumb CMC? I believe that it's a good point to restore a good light for the patient because with H, the mechanore setters density gets down. So you are not damaging perperception if you're going to innovate when the patient is not young. Mireh, do you believe you can by virtue of strengthening the thumb with their proprioceptive arc intact and can we stabilize?
