Givwell is going on a big hiring push for research analists. Some of them are becoming specialists, like looking at particular aspects of particular problems that are hardest to fill from outside. And then as those people specialize, we don't have shrinking generals needs. Wehave growing generals needs, because we've got this giant, daunting project of how much money goes into each cause and how do we prioritize between different causes? There's going to be just a ton of work to do there.
