The Philosopher King

The philosopher is the one who's closest to the realm of the forms, because he's governed by reason. To be just is to participate in the form of justice. The body is as we said, characterized by the passions and must be controlled by reason. And so this is not just for the philosopher King, but for everybody, this is what everyone needs to strive for.
