How Did the Deal Come to Fruition?
Fari, Mabe and Tin left behind a really strong executive team who were the ones who actually did a lot of the day to da stuff. The other thing that made innigration probably a little bit easier basicly, selling to the same customers. Litera has exceedingly strong professional service for relationships. Id, think something i'm proud of with the deal was just being creative, sitting there and saying, i don't like this deal.
