After our last mini-sode which was about mothers we heard from a lot of you listeners. We thought this time we would extend the conversation to fathers in the name of equity and also riffing a bit on my statement that in many ways I'd rather be a dad. So as we did when we were talking about mothers let's start with something super simple do you like reading fiction about fathers and fatherhood or where the paternal relationship is kind of the central conceit? The format for these mini-sodes between full shows is for the next half hour or so we'll first have an informal conversation about the topic in hand and anything else that might come up before recommending some cultural things
