Isn't That the Best Way to Write a Dream?
I feel like sometimes these characters take on a life of their own right and they're trying to tell you their operational theme. And you have to honor it versus sometimes when I decide what it is and then I try to put it in. It doesn't work as well as, you know, looking for the clues in the dream itself of what you what you did. Isn't that the best? When you don't think about it you write it because of how whatever your process is and then you look back and you go likeOh my god she has no agency again. Okay, I gotta go back. That's what I was every time! You can't help it right.
