I've just begun e to sit there and look at both sides of the propaganda. I think i only get political, but, ah, i see propaganda on both sides. And a, that joe rogan is the only source of truthaa, he cried. Ah, have you been down that rabbit hole of meditating? Is that somethn, you have? Ye, what? Gan, what took you down there? I don't know a but ye, just tried it out. Got into yoga. One of the exercises is to actually observe yourself thinkingandat then you can, you can let thoughts goa be conscious of that.
