Is There a Nuclear War?

A nuclear war is still unlikely, but more likely, right? When you talk about nations truly hating each other already and then adding in the fact that they don't have water. The idea of some maniacal leader pushing the nuclear red button becomes more realistic. It's at this point where we get back to what I mentioned earlier: Most people have the consensus that collapse is going to be this slow grinding downward slope.
