meditation can actually support and enhance the bonds that you have with other people, whether it's friendship or romantic. Meditation will change what it is that you bring to relationships. Often we'll think about relationships as what we're getting. Relationships are a function of what we give. So if some one goes into relationship and thun 90 % stressed and ten% fulfilled, let's not be surprised at what that relationship looks like. My happiness state, my fulfilment state, is contingent upon lovable doing things the way i want them to be done.
