A stakeholder is a person or a party that has an interest in a product and can either affect or be affected by that product or the business. It's basically someone who's involved to some extent in the building of this software product. In reality it's really anyone who's touching it. And I'm going to give you some examples. Everything from investors to governments to suppliers, your customers,. Your end users, operations, subject matter experts... You name it.
