Nothing gets you excited for the day and the future like a fantastic morning routine. We set the intention to come up with new ideas every day and turn our morning runs into a meditation – and it worked like a charm. Starting the day off right raises your energy and leaves you feeling great.

This is proof that you can change your state. If you wake up on the wrong side of the bed, things will begin to stack against you, but with just a few simple things, you can change your perspective which will ultimately change your results.

Everyone has a different formula for what affects them. Our formula may not work for everyone, but if we move our bodies and choose different thoughts in the morning, it will set us up for the rest of the day.
