The Importance of Data in Content Design
We've created a system of tags for all of our content design sessions. And so we can at the end of each quarter sort of analyze some of the patterns to see what kind of work, what teams, who's coming the most. We're trying to use that information to inform like, Oh, wow, people really keep asking about this. Like, should we standardize this? And is this worthy of some sort of documentation that we should release? So we don't have to keep repeating ourselves and repeating themselves.
