Reverse English on Life's Genuine Enterprises

Suit says make believe is quote reverse English on life's genuine enterprises. The idea seems to be that, uh, when you put English on a cue ball, if you're playing billiards, an English cue ball will always return to the place where it was hit. There is no reverse English term in pool and it's not a term that's really explained. I think reverse English is referring to the thing that rolls it back. That's why as opposed to like English, which is just spin in general.
