The Three Vices of Exercise

I have to exercise compulsively to tread water. I know so many people who during COVID didn't do anything because their favorite whatever was their favorite thing was closed. You're in Mexico where the food is amazing. There's lots of good food. My Spanish is not great but I can operate at like the Tien de like the little stores and I can count to 50. It's like Dora the Explorer Spanish. Is that like your hair going up that feels kind of like. Oh, that's just because my hair is sweaty. No it's just dirty.
