In America, you have the paradox of choice. You have too many options to the point where you don't know what to choose. Two many options is bad 100%. But some option is good. Because then I could be like, okay, I want to live a healthy lifestyle, but I like sugar. So what do I do? Get on the diet. And just support that. Don't fall into the trap.
