How Important Is Having a Good Team?
The fundamentals of everything is communication. If you notice that a team member is kind of like slacky or not doing their job correctly, give them room to improve. Having high expectations for your co-founder or for your team member and in the process where you're all still learning at the same time isn't really fair so a team is really important and having a good one of course.
