In the book, you make a specific point to discuss animal agriculture. You suggest that this could be the worst part of our food system. I want to get to these new ideas that you put forward and also the new pieces of technology that may help us reach some of those tipping points. Just before we get there, we spoke about soil, but I think we should just summarize or better clarify the overall problems with the current food system.
