The Role of Mary in the Church in the Late Medieval Era
In the medieval era praying to marry is a massive practice and Mary has been exalted up into this role. The honor that is lavished upon her is just so excessive, she's you know these medieval prayers are very clear examples of what we need to call idolatry. That is giving something to someone other than God that should only be given to God because these prayers are basically begging Mary for salvation for forgiveness.
