The Challenges of Creating a New Active in Europe
In EU, we have a bit contradictory regulation. We cannot test ingredients on animal because of the ban to launch the product. If animal testing ingredient from other side, there is other regulation about chemicals where we are obliged to provide results that are only available on animals. This is the challenging when we talk about existing ingredients. And innovation of the formulation, we've got a lot of discussion in scientific community regarding impact of the UV features on health and environment.
