I think the hegalian contribution is, as you said, the state capacity insight. The state has a huge role to play culturally in mediating the relationship between citizens. To say it's not in economics is may be a slight miswording of what we should be worried about. I have a set of routines and don't question them that much. But i think a to have a minimum of distractions and really be able to focus on the things i i feel i do better than other things is the proper trade off.
