And especially as men, because it's kind of seen as a weakness to be vulnerable and even tried to heal from any kind of emotional pain or whatever. It's just all this shame wrapped around being defective or fucked up or not strong. I mean, think about the best movies that depict some of the most, the strongest masculine stereotypes.
