Defending the Workers
In east africa, i think the number of workers in the flower sector alone, of certified farms, is about 50 thousand. That's a huge part of it. And if theyare not, it tells you something as well. So that's also what makes the job or rewarding for me,. Even though i mostly sit at the desk and devaluate the results of audits and anthem to make sure that everybody gets there.
