A single goal can support multiple different goals that are higher on the hierarchy. for you to do something today that feeds into the higher levels of what you're trying to pursue now multifinality is a little bit different it means that a single goal can supporting multiple different goals, like an outdoor jog could also favorably impact your sleep habits. There's tremendous value in this flexibility because even if you're at a point where you say honestly dude I don't really give a shit about cardiovascular fitness today I'm kind of over it you might feel tempted to skip that run but then you think well I do sleep so much better when I run and it does help curb my appetite a little bit yeah.
