What Is Conventional Cardio Training?

Ten minutes of intense exercise a week boosted over all fitness to the same extent as four and a half hours per week of traditional cardio training. The difference was statistically insignificant if there was a difference at all in their metabolic improvement. When we say conventional, that doesn't mean that it's right.
