I'm learning how to nap. I often take naps now, which I never did ever in my whole adult life. And get a good haircut. Haircuts always. Oof. After a haircut, I'm always like, damn, yes. Yeah. It's a good feeling. Or a good shave, like a good, you know, just taking care of yourself, right? In that way, that makes you feel good about yourself. Do you guys have any tips you want to add before I wrap this up? Golden. Like, I just think that's so important. Listen to when your body needs it and give it to it.
