Does Paul's Argument Work?
According to torah, it is true that abraham was declared righteous before he was circumcised. But does that fact alone enough to conclude that nobody needs to be circumcised any more? A close reading of paul's entire argument shows that there's more to his argument than just what we've seen already. In other words, i don't think that paul's argument is meant to rest entirely upon his exegesus of genesis.
