The retro that we run now, it leans heavily into asynchronous work. We realize there's no point in having everyone sit in a call for 20 minutes to write things out on virtual post-it notes. And so this retro concept can be used in a lot of different places. It's just a healthy part of building a feedback culture. If people feel that they can talk about this stuff.
