The Taleban Wants a Centralized Government
The taliman have demonstrated through their engagement in doha that they wanted to war function very centralized. Every decision had to go through this chain o command and be made at a very central level. There is no doubt in my mind that the taleban wants an extremely centralized government, and that is the reason that the previous government has failed. And in case of taleban, that is a guarantee for insurgency to appear. So the only way that the Taleban would be able to hang on to power was to use intelligence, controlling with fear and harsh treatment. That's camal alarm from the massoud foundation.
