Chris did carbohydrate deplete early in the week. Then he did a carb load over two days. And kept water high, in fact, actually increased it while carb loading. He went from just under seven leaters of water per day during, likeh the pre loading part of the show,. then he got up to nine, 11 leaters while carb loading and dropped it down on the day prior. So that's like a conservative, kind of traditional approach, i would say, really conservative compared to some of the stuff i've heard guys do. It does increase yournary output. It induces diaresus, but it induces dia resus while maintaining hydrated tissues
