The Importance of Age in the Church
There's no sense of like, oh, you're 12, let me your Aaronic priesthood ordination. I don't think that they had like the organization to kind of have it by age. You know, and then this High Priesthood was given in 1831. So I think that was a way of saying you've been in the Church long enough. Now you've earned this as opposed to just giving it to anybody.
