At first I was like oh my gosh this is so ironically overwhelming. It took me a few days to kind of like recalibrate to it and be like okay there's a lot more stuff here. But then by day seven, I was honestly starting to appreciate it. Yeah, it sounds like they fell into an onboarding trap that a lot of people do which is that they think of onboarding as a single event where you want to take people on a tour of all the different features and capabilities that your product can do.
