Neurosurgery - You Shouldn't Use Rock Uronium for RSI

Rock is a drug that should only be used by people that are competent and caring about the patient's course in the post-intubation period. Choose and have mixed up your sedation and analgesia agents before you actually push the drugs for RSI. And we shouldn't be using this drug if we're not comfortable doing post- intubation sedation because the patient's going to paralyze for far longer than ketamine or propofol, whatever they gave them.
