Building a High Performance Teamwork Strategy

The hospital is trying to improve its culture by bringing together different groups of doctors, nurses and radiologists. The goal is for them to learn about each other's skill sets so they can get better as a team. One project was looking at how to improve the first hour of trauma care in an emergency department.
