Are We Turning Out a Turnout?

If i could be in charge of the democratic party for one day, one thing i would do on my first day is band the verb turnout from our lexicon, persuade. When we g whether we're talking about a swing voter, a non voter, someone who has voted for democrats in the last seven elections, we are persuading them to vote.
