The Impact of Project Cost Increases on Supply Chain Delays
Rowan, just to get into brass tacks I suppose and both Jeremy and Elizabeth touched on it there. What are you actually hearing from clients in terms of project cost increases and supply chain delays, at least in Australia?Rowan: There's a range across solar, wind, batteries in particular but it's anywhere in the order of magnitude of 20% to 30% potentially even higher compared to what we were seeing a year or two ago. It's predominantly being driven by material costs whether it's steel, lithium, etc.
