O'Brien: I was going to have you read a piece you wrote on your web site called ursula and iris, and maybe this could be a time for you a as part of an introduction to it. We became friends, which still feels just amazing to say. What's so great about that book is, you know, with no one's reading it cause it's about a kidlit,. And that, in it of itself, shouldn't be a reason not to read it. O'Brien: There's also so much in that book about the non human, and the role of the role of non human characters and perspectives in in our narrative traditions.
