A lot of these programs, they want someone that they can see themselves working with. A good piece of advice is like always trying to mirror the person who's one level up from you. So on elective, look at what your PGY three or the subspecialty fellow is doing and try to mirror those skills. I don't know if Matt, if you have any other helpful advice.
