There's certainly a balance. There are definitely times we re dealing with sensitive things that i have to think about it on my own. And then i typically try and work quickly to a point where i can pull in at least folks in my leadership team. Because even in those situations where things are sensitivead you still want to get input, right? Like, i mean, this is part of what diversity is really all about,. This push towards diversity in business and organization is ragt.
